Valentina Harris is a celebrated cookery author and Italian food expert. She makes no secret of her preference and passion for all things Italian. She has now written over 20 books on Italian cookery establishing her as a prolific writer on Italian food and cuisine. Her books include: ‘Perfect Pasta’, ‘Regional Italian Cookery’, and ‘Edible Italy’.
Valentina founded Villa Valentina cookery holidays and is a consultant to many supermarkets and food manufacturers. As a raconteur she is able to put across her deep knowledge of Italian food culture in a most entertaining way.
