Bookings
Box Office Opening Hours:10am – 8pm, Mon – Sat.
Not open on Bank holidays.

In advance, we can take telephone bookings by credit/debit card, or in person by credit/debit, cash or cheque.
Please note that there is a £1 charge per transaction for all credit card payments (FREE to Members), and all purchases made online. Most shows can be purchased online at a 10% discount.

Reservations — We do not make any unpaid reservations.

Discounts — We offer discounts for students and senior citizens for most of our shows. Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and discounts may not be applied to tickets already purchased. HAC reserves the right to make special offers from time to time.

Group Bookings can be made for parties of 10 or more and the 11th ticket will be FREE (NOT available online and does not apply to events where food is included in the price or shows that are venue hires). Reservations can be made for bookings of 10 or more but must be confirmed and paid for by 10 days prior to the show.

Tickets Returned or Exchanged
We do not offer ticket exchanges or refunds. All of our tickets are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable once purchased.

ONLINE BOOKING
Most shows and workshops are now available to book online (there is a 10% discount on the price for most items when you purchase online).

HOW TO LOG IN
You login with a username and password (the option to login appears once you have clicked on a ‘Buy Tickets Online’ button - these buttons can be found within individual event and workshop category postings - categories can be found on the left hand side of the page). Your login consists of the first four letters of your surname followed by the last part of your postcode. For example, my name is Darren Corps, postcode po48nl so my username would be Corp8NL (case sensitive). The password is your full postcode (in most cases UPPER CASE with no gaps).

MEMBERS BOOKING ONLINE
To receive the full members discount (on top of the usual online discount) members need to use their ‘Membership Login’ (please use the method shown above). If you find that your name does not appear above the words “Log Off’ (top left of the screen), then please contact the Box Office to clarify your password and membership status.

PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS
Some previous customers can also login using the method explained above.

NEW CUSTOMERS
New customers will need to click onto the ‘Sign-up online’ link (in a red font) on the left hand side of the screen (appears once you have clicked on the ‘Buy Tickets Online’ button).

WHY SHOULD I LOGIN?
Signing-up means that customers do not have to re-enter address details every time that an online purchase is made. For members it means that you would receive the additional members discount.

PASSWORDS
HAC recommends that purchasers change their password once they have logged on - this can be done when you click on the ‘your account’ button and then ‘edit’ button.

Data Protection
Havant Arts Centre is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good information handling practice. When processing your bookings the Box Office will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This
information will be added to our Marketing Lists and may be used to inform you to about events and other developments at our venue. If you do not want your details used in this way please contact the Box Office.
